Job Description

Checking Of Raw Material & Conduct Routine Analysis Of Different Sample.To Classify Their Physical And Chemical Identity Accronding To Approved SOP.Maintain All Analytical Equipement Accronding To The Sheduld & Sop.Complete All Paperwork Related To The Analysis .(RM, PM, FG),Ensure That All Work Meets Applicable To QA /QC Guidelines.Review & Update Test Method & Procedure Acceonding To SOP.Prepare Report To Documents Finding & Recommendation.Supporting All QC Activites.I Have Workable Knowledge Of GMP , GLP . Work Closely With Production Department.Perform Internal Audit In Accordance With Standered ISO 22000:2005,Knowledge Of HACCP.Document Control Of Quality System Records.Manage Database For Customer Complains.Analysed Visual Inspection. TECHNICAL SKILL : Handlling Of Analytical Instrument Like Muffel Furnace , Oven Machine , Ph Meter , Colorimeter , NIR , Moisture Balance Or Analyser ,Tinto Meter , Jeldhal Instrument For Protein Estimation , Dean & Stark (Toluene Distillation Method) . Advanced Experience In Wet Chemistry & All Wet Chemistry Technique . – Pippeting , Titration , Refluxing , Sepration. Etc. CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF FOOD: Determination Of Crude Protein , Determination Volatile Oil, Determination Of Total Ash In Dil.Hcl , Determination Of Total Ash , Determination Of Crude Fiber , Determination Of Salt And Assay Of Salt i.e. NACL Content , Determination Of Acidity , Determination Of Ph , Estimation Of Specic Gravity , Determination Of Non Protein Nitrogen , Determination Of Iodine Value , Determination Of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) , Estimation Of Ether Extract . Increase the productivity and Minimized controlled wastages and loses to substantial lower levels through team workManpower utilization optimizing the output.Responsible for ensuring Quality of raw materials, in process materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Products as per the organization specifications.
